Joe was a Spectrum Analyzer Regional Sales Engineer for Hewlett Packard and then an ADS Product Marketing Engineer for HP & Agilent EEsof EDA. Joe now leads the RF & Microwave business for Keysight PathWave Design Software which includes product management & planning for ADS, GoldenGate, RFPro/EMPro & Genesys.
