    Product Specialist, Keysight
    Julio Marcos is a Product Specialist for Functional Interconnect Test Solutions and ITS Software in Keysight's AI Interconnect Group. He has more than 25 years of experience in the semiconductor and networking industry, specializing in system test validation for switch fabrics, Ethernet switching ASICs, and high-speed Ethernet test solutions. His expertise also includes precision timing and optical transceivers.
  • Charles Seifert
    Senior Manager, Product Management, Hardware Platforms, Keysight
    As a senior manager in Keysight’s Network Applications & Security organization, Charles is responsible for Keysight’s Ethernet data communications test and measurement hardware systems spanning from 10Mbps to 1.6 Terabit Ethernet. Charles has 25 years of network testing and measurement experience, having worked in the industry since 2000.
