    Business Development Management Manager - Keysight Technologies Singapore
    Sam is a seasoned manufacturing test expert with more than 30 years of experience across Hewlett‑Packard, Agilent Technologies, and Keysight. With a Master of Science in Computer Integrated Manufacturing, he has specialized in in-circuit test (ICT), functional test solutions, factory automation, and modern manufacturing test strategies throughout his career.

    He currently serves as a Business Development Manager, helping customers accelerate innovation and operational growth through advanced test and manufacturing solutions.
  • Adrian-Gaudencio Ababa
    Business Development Manager (BDM) | Automotive and Energy Solutions (AES) - Keysight Technologies Singapore
    Adrian is a highly accomplished Business Development Manager with more than a decade of experience in the automotive industry, specializing in middle-of-line (MOL) and end-of-line (EOL) manufacturing test solutions for next-generation vehicles architectures — including Software-Defined Vehicles (SDV) electronics, zonal ECUs, high-performance computing (HPC) for EVs, EV power electronics, onboard chargers (OBC), and EVSE equipment. He also brings 8 years of product management and product marketing experience at Keysight, where he launched and scaled platforms such as the TS-5400 PXI automotive functional test system. Adrian holds a Bachelor in Electronics Engineering from the University of Nottingham, UK.
  • Mauricio Martínez
    EMT Solutions Account Manager (AM) - Keysight
    With over 12 years of experience in automotive electronics, manufacturing test, and business development, Mauricio specializes in helping OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) companies accelerate the transition towards Electric Vehicles (EVs) and Software-Defined Vehicles (SDVs).  

    Passionate about bridging technology and strategy, he focuses on enabling manufacturers to adopt scalable test solutions for next-generation vehicle architectures, high-performance computing, connectivity, and AI-enabled systems — driving improvements in quality, efficiency and time-to-market.
