Generating AMI Models for SerDes Applications

About This Webinar

AMI (Algorithmic Modeling Interface) has become the industry standard for modeling SerDes transmitter and receiver behaviors. It includes equalization, and CDR (Clock Data Recovery) used for PCIe, USB, and Ethernet applications. It also helps SerDes design engineers to simulate their system quickly and accurately to determine BER (Bit Error Rate). However, it has been quite a challenging task to build an accurate AMI model that describes good silicon behaviors including equalization and CDR. In this webinar, we show an easy-to-use workflow with PathWave ADS.
